Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your membership of Route to Zero (the "Trade Body" or "We").

By applying for and accepting membership of Route to Zero, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership of Route to Zero is open to individuals or organisations engaged in any sector where there is an overriding requirement to become net zero.

Route to Zero reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications at its discretion.

 

3. Membership

Route to Zero is by membership only.

 

4. Membership Rights and Benefits

Members are entitled to any benefits associated with their membership.

Route to Zero may amend or modify the benefits and rights associated with membership with prior notice to the members.

 

5. Membership Fees

Members are required to pay the annual membership fee as determined by Route to Zero.

The Membership fee is subject to change, and members will be provided with advance notice of any fee adjustments.

 

6. Payment and Renewal

Memberships are renewed annually and require payment of the membership fee to maintain active status.

Failure to pay the annual membership fee may result in suspension or termination of membership.

 

7. Termination of Membership

Route to Zero reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's membership for violations of these Terms or any other misconduct.

Members may also voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice to Route to Zero.

Upon termination the member will no longer be permitted to use the Route to Zero logo, any associated media element or information connected with the Trade Body.

 

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Route to Zero respects the privacy of its members and complies with all applicable data protection laws.

By becoming a member, you consent to Route to Zero collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct established by Route to Zero.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

 

10. Intellectual Property

Members agree not to use Route to Zero's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Any intellectual property provided to members remains the property of Route to Zero

 

11. Changes to Terms

Route to Zero reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at its discretion.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
